Instman Field, S.A., is focused primarily to the manufacturing of steam and thermal fluid boilers, HW boilers and pessure vessels, according to customers own needs.
INSTMAN FIELD, S.A., has expanded and improved its manufacturing range with new facilities in L'Ametlla del Vallés that makes possible the manufacturing of esteam boilers up to 40 T/h.
All of this can't be possible without the confidence of our customers and a great effort from our crew to adapt ourselves at current competitive world.
Knowing that each facility, industry or customer has its own preferences, INSTMAN FIELD, S.A. is not only a manufacturer of pressure vessels, is a total engineering of thermal industrial processes giving advise the most suitable equipment equipment according to the peculiarities of each installation, and gives solutions to departament other necessary equipment, such as economizers, air preheaters, exchangers, water treatment, capacitors, regulation, etc.. or by providing the turnkey installation.
Equipped with leading edge technology, we have our own engineering for the design and manufacture of thermal energies production systems.
Documentation
All our pressure equipment are constructed according to rules of recognized prestiged of pressure vessels (UNE-EN-12952, 12953, 13445, AD MERKBLATTER, etc.) being taken over and revised its construction and design by a Notified Body Control of According to RD769/1999 application Parlament directive 97/23/EC European council.
Built pressure vessels are suplied with the documentation required by the regulations:
- Declaration of Conformity CE by INSTMAN FIELD, S.A.
- Verfication Certificate by the Notified Body Control.
- Certificate of quality materials and accessories.
- Sketch of implementing non-destructive testing and report the result thereof.
- Instruction manual, maintenance.
